Public Speaking Course for Children
Many of us struggle with public speaking today! At Helen O’Grady Drama Academy, we recognise the importance of building public speaking skills from a young age. Public speaking is a necessary skill to have — in front of a class, on stage, at work — wherever we go.
We’re dedicated to building confidence and skills in public speaking for children of various backgrounds and prior experience. Our unique public speaking course comprises a structured curriculum to equip students with verbal and non-verbal communication skills necessary to undertake all types of public speaking engagements. Each class invites students to practise speechwriting as they work on their own speeches or monologues.
Our public speaking course carries across 4 terms (10 weekly 1-hour sessions per term). Students are welcome to join us at any point in time!
