CEO / Executive Director
An accomplished and cross-cultural executive with a B.A. from the U.S. and a Diploma in Training & Development from the U.K., Nancy has 22 years of experience in management, teaching, directing, training, and supervision with the Helen O’Grady drama system.
Margaret Goh
General Manager
Margaret holds a Bachelors in Psychology from Canada and a Certificate in Education from NIE. She is also a qualified school teacher with over 15 years of teaching experience.
Francine Wan
Programme Director
Francine is a Drama graduate of Lasalle College of the Arts, and is both ACTA and TESOL certified. An experienced Speech & Drama specialist of the Helen O’Grady Drama Academy since 2006, she has trained more than 500 principals and teachers in the region.
Nicholas Joo
Commercial Director
Nicholas has more than 10 years of experience in management consulting with MNCs and local companies. He has helped Asian companies develop business, brand and marketing strategies. He is currently pursuing his doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership with the University of Southern California.
Edwin Tsien
Drama Trainer
Edwin holds a B.A. (Hons) in Musical Theatre from LaSalle College of the Arts. As a trainer, Edwin has been the lead trainer for drama classes for children from ages 3 to 15 at Helen O’Grady Zhuhai. He has also taught drama classes at Helen O’Grady Macau and Chengdu.
Magdeline Yeo
Drama Trainer
Magdeline holds a B.Sc in Applied Psychology from Australia, Southern Queensland. She has been a teacher with Dyslexia Association of Singapore for two years and graduated with a Specialist Diploma in Educational Therapy. She has experience in acting on stage and film.
Amy Tong
Executive Assistant
Amy holds a B.A. in Hotel Management from Shanghai Normal University and an MBA from Zhejiang University. She has more than 3 years of experience in customer service and administrative management. She is currently based in China to manage HOG Asia’s operations.
Amanda Ng
Early Childhood Trainer /
Marketing Communications Specialist
Amanda holds a B.A. (Hons) with Highest Distinction in English from Nanyang Technological University, a Diploma with Merit in Child Psychology and Early Education, and a specialisation in Writing and Publishing. She has experience as an educator in the preschool sector.
